We connect people to producing and non-producing ancestral mineral and royalty interests

Earning trust through transparency

Learn about how our business works

- Mineral rights and royalties are valuable, and that's why we're contacting you!

Our process is very simple: Mineral management doesn't have to be complex.

1) We provide facts and research that are easily verifiable by multiple third parties.

2) We simplify the complexities of oil and gas by educating mineral owners.

3) We make an offer. Explain the benefit to all parties. Provide an expiration date that enables owners ample time for due diligence and decision-making.

4) We close quickly and deliver funding within 5 days.

- It may be in your best interest to retain your minerals, sell a portion of them, or sell it entirely. Our offers are tailored to reflect the unique characteristics of every mineral interest, promoting a transparent and mutually beneficial arrangement.

- Whether you choose to sell or retain your minerals, we offer complimentary services cost-free:

  • Interpretation of source deeds

  • Heirship research

  • Interest fractionalization

  • Active/permitted production facts and figures

  • Suspense estimates

- Our research is verifiable through County Tax Appraisal Offices, the Texas Railroad Commission, Mineral Attorneys, and Oil Operators.

Offers

- Each mineral and royalty interest has unique production figures and title requirements. Our offer pricing is calculated using a defined risk and reward model, which we share with potential sellers.

- As a small business, we collaborate with reputable and well-capitalized mineral buyers who share our values and ethics, ensuring timely funding for transactions.

MISSION STATEMENT

It's in our best interest to act ethically because we value our industry relationships over a quick profit. Heirloom Minerals has embraced ethical business practices established by larger sectors of the mineral market and applied them to a smaller sector often troubled by predatory practices.

After a career in Naval Intelligence, Chris learned that trust and rapport is earned through verification. Our business is built on verifiable transparency and honesty.
